Vendor Set-up: Vendors may begin set-up on Wednesday, November 16 at 3:00 pm . The exhibit area will remain open Wednesday evening until 9:00 pm. Set-up continues on Thursday 9:00 am until 9:00 pm. All booths MUST be set-up by Thursday, November 17 at 9:00pm. There will be no exception to this time.
Booths not set-up by the deadline could result in forfeiting their space and booth fees are non-refundable. In the event this should happen, SleighBell reserves the right to fill the vacant space with another vendor of their choice.
Loading and unloading at the hotel is on the west side of the conference center and is easy access to all the vendor spaces. There is ample parking for your vehicles.
Vendor Booth Decorations: Attaching of any material on the Hotel walls is strictly prohibited. Please keep this in mind as you plan your booth set-up. Because this is a holiday show, you are asked to decorate your booth accordingly
Provisions: Hotel will provide tables and cloths as requested on your application. Chairs will also be provided at no charge. Please remember - if you use your own tables and/or cloths, tables must be covered to the floor. Electricity is available for all booths. Vendors must request electricity. Backdrops are NOT provided at this show.
Inn of the Hills will be offering a discounted room rate for those wishing to stay overnight at the Hotel. Please ask for the SleighBell rate when making your reservation.
Particulars: Vendors must stay within the contracted space allowed. Solicitation or advertising of information outside the assigned space is not allowed. Vendors may not operate sound equipment or other equipment that may disturb customers or other vendors. Vendors are responsible for turning off their booth décor candles, lamps, & accessories at closing. The Sleigh Bell Boutique reserves the right to accept and/or reject products that are not in good taste, or could be offensive in any way to the customer or other vendors.
Security: The Inn of the Hills has security in place at the show after hours. It is the vendors responsibility to do as much as possible to secure products against theft, damage, or accidents and no vendor shall hold Sleigh Bell Boutique responsible for injury, loss, or damage.
Insurance: Sleigh Bell Boutique does not provide insurance for any vendor and will not be held liable for any accident, damage, injury, theft, or any other cause to products, displays or persons. Vendor understands and agrees that Sleigh Bell Boutique does not offer or accept responsibility for persons or property at any time.

Vendor Selection: 2016 Vendor selection will be on a first come basis as applications are received. Once your application is received, you will be notified if it is approved, based on the vendors already selected. In fairness to all vendors selected, SleighBell works very hard to offer a wide variety of merchandise for the holiday shopper. If you are a new vendor applying for the first time, please send pictures of your items if a webpage or facebook page is not available.
Vendor Booth Fees & Payment: If your application has been approved, your booth fee is due and payable by August 15, 2016. Past vendors have sent payment with their application or full payment when approved, some prefer to make payments.
We will be happy to work with you if the payment date presents a hardship with at least 50% of the total due is received by the due date.
HOWEVER, if payment arrangements have not been made by the August 15 deadline, space will go to the other vendors applying.
Booth fees are payable by cash, check or credit card and are non-refundable.
